Marketing and production policy

The main task of the Union is to support the activity of the worker producers’ cooperatives in the following:

- Reconstruction and adaptation to a real European integration and transformation into competent structures of European type

- Involvement with projects in the programs funded by European funds, aiming at the implementation of modern technologies and equipment

- Expanded implementation of the European standard ISO 9001-2000 for improving the production quality and its competitiveness

- Searching for contacts with EU business partners

- Implementation of marketing as a leading managerial function in every cooperative.

For that purpose the NUWPC specialists:

- Provide information concerning the EU Single Market;

- - Render assistance and support to the cooperatives in the implementation of the European standard ISO 9001-2000;

- Support the integration of the cooperatives with leading Bulgarian and foreign firms, in view of technological and structural renovation of the production and market expansion;

- Offer exhaustive information concerning the procedures of granting financial resources from European funds;

- Provide collaboration with the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy; the Ministry of Finance; the Agency of People with Disabilities; the Agency for Small and Medium-Size Enterprises

- Organize and support the issue of advertising materials – catalogs, brochures, leaflets, etc.

Organisation and holding of exhibitions

During the International Fail in the city of Plovdiv, NUWPC organized and held in the years 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007 и 2008 six national exhibitions of commodities and services offered by cooperatives and specialized enterprises of persons with disabilities.

At the International Fail in the city of Plovdiv, holders of gold medals became:
